Refunds If there is a mistake on our part (e.g., a billing error or failure to complete the agreed services), we will issue a refund or credit based on the circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations You may cancel a booking within 24 hours of your scheduled move, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee.
